Permissions:
- The completed artwork may not be edited- This includes colour changes, additions, or added shading
The completed artwork may be used anywhere as long as full credit is given, or the watermark is not obscured- No one has permission to use any of my work, either commissioned or personal, for use as NFTS. I do not create or support NFTS either, anything of mine posted as one has been stolen, please let me know if any is seen.- I do not give my permission or allowance to anyone or organisation to use my work in AI training of any kind, this includes any commissioned work being used as such by the commissioner- The work will always be uploaded to Trello, and sometimes DeviantArt/Twitter, if this is not wanted the commissioner must let me know- The watermark can not be removed or altered in any way
This includes progress sketches as well as the final piece, where it will not be removed even if requestedTimeframe:
- I aim to get a single commission complete within 3 months of the date it was paid for- I work through my queue in order, but while waiting for feedback or approval I will work down my list- If there is a certain day a commission needs to be done by please let me know- I will try my best to get it done by then and keep updates, if it’s a really short notice date there may be an extra chargeUpdates/changes/other:
- I require the full payment right away (for large references a payment plan can be organised- the work will not start until its paid in full however)- I will send one update sketch for any kind of commission by default (you can request more)
These updates will be watermarked with a heavier watermark- Once the sketch has been approved any large changes to the pose and linework afterwards will be denied

Denial of commission/refunds:I CAN DENY A COMMISSION WITHOUT GIVING THE REASON
- Refunds can be given at varying amounts depending on the stage of the commission:- At the sketch level a 3/4 refund can be given, however at lines only half can be refunded. Once the piece is complete no refund will be issued.- If I’m unable to complete the commission for whatever reason, a full refund will be given- I will not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment! Whether converted or not, any attempt to use that will result in a block from me- I may not accept a commission for a few different reasons:
Evidence of unreliability - if there is any evidence of the commissioner being unable to pay before, or demanding a refund after work was complete (chargebacks)Hate group activity/speech - if the commissioner has any presence in a hate group or defends the actions of those who are (sympathisers). Groups include: TERFs, Nazis, Alt-right, Fascists
Rudeness - if the commissioner expresses rude language to me during the commission process I will no longer complete the commission, and a partial refund may be given (this depends on the stage of the commission)Also - If the commissioner engages in (commissions, favourites, draws etc) of any extreme ‘fetish’ art such as: rape, cp, bestiality etc, or defends the actions of those who do
